When contacting support

Describe the issue and include your app version and device model if relevant. For a server-side access or deletion request, you may include the installation identifier shown by the app and an approximate date range so pseudonymous records can be located. Do not send vision text, prompts, generated images, passwords, or other sensitive information unless it is necessary to resolve your request.
